At Tailor Made, we pride ourselves on having assembled a team of experienced professionals, who are not only experts in their areas, but are also deeply passionate about helping their clients find their perfect home. Having had an office in Sandbanks for over 25 years, we bring a wealth of local knowledge to every transaction, not only in Sandbanks but also across the wider conurbations of Poole and Bournemouth and further afield into Dorset and Hampshire.

Adrian Dunford | Principal

Adrian’s passion for property saw him purchasing his first home at the age of just 18, catapulting him into a market that would, over the years, become his lifeblood. His first taste of agency life started in Parkstone, where he ran an estate agency that quickly grew to three offices. With a keen interest in finance, he became an Independent Financial Advisor for over 25 years, but it seems the pull of property was hard to resist; in 2008 Adrian took over the helm of Tailor Made, taking his family’s business into a new and exciting era. Born and bred in the local area, Adrian’s intimate knowledge of Sandbanks and beyond is second to none; this, coupled with his detailed property knowledge and financial prowess, makes Adrian an incredibly astute and agile property expert.

Nicola Dunford | Executive Support Manager

Nicola joined Tailor Made after the birth of her and Adrian’s son in 2016, taking her lifelong interest in property to an exciting new level. Having been a Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in neurological rehabilitation, this was the start of a new journey for Nicola, and she quickly became integral to Tailor Made’s ongoing success. With her friendly, people-centric approach, Nicola is able to build authentic relationships with buyers and sellers alike – something we at Tailor Made take great pride in. Nicola now focuses on overseeing business strategy and development projects at Tailor Made, as well as bookkeeping and HR management.

Pippa Leech | Business Manager

Pippa  joined Tailor Made in 2022 as Business Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience in the residential property sector, including 17 years with a globally renowned 'property superbrand'. She oversees the smooth running of the wider Tailor Made group, managing operational processes, business strategy, compliance, marketing initiatives, and key collaborations. As the brand guardian, Pippa ensures consistency and excellence across the business, helping every client experience reflect the company’s standards. With a background in graphic design and event management, having previously run her own marketing and events company, she combines creativity with strategic insight. Growing up in Canford Cliffs, Pippa also brings valuable local knowledge and connections to her work.

Robert Dunford | Head of Office, Residential Sales, Land & New Homes

Robert was raised locally and joined Tailor Made Estate Agency in 2001. The Land and New Homes section of Tailor Made benefits from over 20 years’ experience. Vendors and developers alike greatly value Robert’s experience and feel safe in the knowledge that he will act in their best interests at all times. His exceptionally loyal clientele, personal referrals and repeat business form the foundation of Robert’s career. To ensure efficient, complete service for you, Robert’s associates have been carefully selected from the very best in the business to form a close knit “Family”, offering seamless assistance to you for every aspect of your property experience.

Josh Hamilton-Fletcher | Head of Residential Sales

Tailor Made welcomed Josh to the team in 2019, bringing with him over a decade of property experience. He has developed exceptional expertise in both selling and listing homes, consistently striving to provide the best possible service to his clientele, in and around the Sandbanks areas, as well as across the Isle of Purbeck. Josh earned his Master’s Degree (MSc) in Building Surveying with Distinction in December 2019, adding further depth of knowledge and proficiency to his work.

Sarah Monier-Williams | Sales Negotiator 

Sarah was born looking out to sea in south Dorset and is delighted to have returned to her roots and joined Tailor Made as a Sales Negotiator, bringing with her a wealth of property experience. Fully qualified as an MNAEA, her skill set encompasses sales and marketing through to construction and renovation. With a reputation for going the extra mile, Sarah takes a holistic approach to real estate, ensuring both buyer and seller are fully informed throughout what can be a very stressful process, with particular care for the emotional wellbeing of all concerned. On her rare days off you’ll probably find her in the family beach hut at Canford Cliffs or out on the water.

James Deamer |Associate

James has over 18 years in the property industry and started his career in London selling property in the sought after areas of Regents Park & St John’s Wood. After 6 years in London, James moved to Bournemouth and worked for a rural estate agent covering Dorset & Hampshire, gaining valuable experience in the upper quartile of those marketplaces. James went onto work for a corporate estate agency for several years in the Canford Cliffs & Sandbanks area before joining Tailor Made.

Natasha Morris | Associate

Natasha has been an estate agent since 2003, starting in lettings and then quickly moving across to sales, where she has worked for large corporates and smaller independents, as well as having headed up a local hybrid agency before joining Tailor Made as an associate in 2024. Natasha covers the Bournemouth region, bringing a wealth of experience, having worked across the area for the majority of her now lengthy career. Natasha's proven success has come from her ability to provide the highest level of service to her customers and clients alike, and this coupled with her determination and passion for the property industry makes her a perfect fit for our team.

Mica Bohannon  | Head of Creative Content

Mica first fell in love with photography at the age of 14 and has followed her passion for everything creative from GCSE right the way through to her First Class (hons) Photography at the Arts University of Bournemouth. Being born in Tenerife she’s always had a calling for the sun, sea and sand lifestyle and has spent the past 6 years photographing some of the local areas most beautiful homes whilst expanding her skillset to becoming a videographer and drone pilot. Being our Head of Creative Content, means that Mica’s passion for both the local area and its community, gives her the ability to really shine as she uses her skillsets to make every one of our properties ‘sing’ in their own unique way. As well as creating useful content to help our local buyers get to know the wonderful area we live in.

Kirstie Witherington | Administration Coordinator

Kirstie joined the Tailor Made team in 2021, bringing extensive customer service experience and a genuine passion for helping people. Before moving into estate agency, she spent several years working as an optical assistant, where she developed strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, along with a keen eye for detail. Looking for a new challenge, Kirstie made the transition into the property industry and has since progressed to the role of Administration Coordinator. She enjoys ensuring everything is well organised and running smoothly behind the scenes, providing invaluable support to both the team and the day-to-day running of the office. In 2025, Kirstie graduated with a First-Class Honours degree in Classical Studies, so she has a particular interest in history and the stories of the past. Having grown up in Swanage, just across the water, she has always loved the beautiful Dorset coastline and enjoys spending her free time in the Isle of Purbeck with family and friends.

Cindy Connor | Property Administrator 

Cindy became a valued member of our team in 2018, boasting a decade of expertise in the property industry. Before joining us, she had a background in lettings and property administration in Swanage. After taking a brief hiatus to travel, Cindy was eager to reimmerse herself in the dynamic world of property. As a proud native of Dorset, she places great emphasis on her deep-rooted local insights and her passion for this beautiful area. Additionally, Cindy holds a master's degree in nutrition, which fuels her enthusiasm for health, fitness, and overall well-being.

Sarah Coley | Property Administrator 

Sarah joined the estate agency world in 2007, working as a negotiator for both corporate and independent agencies within the Poole, Ferndown and Ringwood areas, going on to become a sales manager within a thriving local office. After having her 2 children, Sarah worked within the financial sector, but a love of property brought her back to estate agency and Tailor Made in 2024. Having grown up in the New Forest and now living in Bournemouth, she has knowledge of both the costal living and being in the forest and enjoys living in this beautiful part of the world.

Olivia Ward | Property Administrator 

Olivia was born in Poole and began her career in estate agency immediately after finishing her education. She continued working for 15 years in the local area, with a significant six-year tenure at Tailor Made! After a fulfilling ten-year break to focus on bringing up her family, Olivia is thrilled to return to the workforce with fresh enthusiasm and a renewed passion for administration within the property sector. Olivia loves all things the area has to offer and doesn’t take for granted that driving around the bay is one of the best commutes in the world!

Jennifer Riley | Saturday Assistant  

Jenny has returned to the Tailor Made team, having previously worked for the company in 2016 for six years. She has built up extensive knowledge of Sandbanks and the surrounding areas, through both local insight and professional experience. Jenny is deeply passionate and demonstrates exceptional enthusiasm for delivering top-tier customer service and engaging with the luxury homes market. Her professional background includes roles in property management, residential sales and lettings, as well as marketing experience with a prominent local financial advisory firm. Jenny is a cheerful member of the team who creates a friendly and inviting atmosphere from the moment you step through the door. She genuinely looks forward to assisting you on your property journey.
