⭐2025 ROUND UP⭐As we reflect on 2025, it’s clear that this has been an exceptional year for Tailor Made Estate Agents, defined by growth, momentum, and a series of proud milestones. It has been a year full of progress, both in terms of our reach and the strength of our brand, as we continued to build on our reputation within the prime and super-prime property market.
One of the most exciting developments this year was the launch of our Tailor Made YouTube channel, which has already achieved over 72,557 views. Alongside this, we significantly increased our social media and website activity, allowing us to connect with a wider audience, showcase remarkable homes, and share more of what goes on behind the scenes at Tailor Made. These digital platforms have become an increasingly important part of how we engage with clients and promote the properties we represent.
Geographically, 2025 marked an important period of expansion as we extended our services into the New Forest, the Isle of Purbeck, and the Bournemouth area. This growth has enabled us to represent an even broader range of exceptional homes across the South Coast, while maintaining the tailored, hands-on approach our clients expect. We have also collaborated with some amazing brands such as Chewton Glen, New Wave Club, Premier Sports, Rick Steins and The Nici.
We were also proud to be featured on Channel 4’s Britain’s Most Expensive Houses, appearing in two episodes of the series. The programme provided a fantastic opportunity to showcase both the extraordinary properties we sell and the expertise, professionalism, and teamwork that sit at the heart of our business.
Our team continued to grow this year with the welcome addition of Olivia and Jenny, whose skills and enthusiasm have already made a positive impact. At the same time, giving back to our local community remained a key focus, and we were delighted to support local charities including the Dorset Children’s Charity Foundation, raising and donating over £5,640 in support of their important work.
2025 was also a year of recognition, as we were honoured with two International Property Awards: Best Single Office Dorset and Best Single Office UK. These awards are a testament to the dedication of our team and our commitment to delivering exceptional service at every stage of the property journey.
Looking ahead to 2026, we do so with confidence and excitement. With continued expansion planned, further growth across our digital platforms, deeper community involvement, and an ongoing focus on innovation and excellence, we are ready to build on the success of 2025 and continue setting new standards in luxury estate agency.
